Was ist neu bei Piwik 2.0?

Die Entwickler von Piwik verfolgen eine Vision um Piwik noch offener zu gestalten. Dabei wurde ein Markplatz eingerichtet auf der Entwickler und Web-Designer Themen und Plug-Ins schreiben können. Neu ist das Thema Morpheus mit seinem flachen Design der Standard bei Piwik. Als eines des ersten Plug-In gibt es das TreemapVisualization mit der man seine Statistik visuell interessant darstellen kann.

Die Neuerungen sind:

• Theming
• Standard-Thema für Piwik 2.0: Morpheus
• Neue Spalte in allen Berichten: % der Besucher
• New: Visitor-Profile, der Report zeigt alle Infos über den Besucher
• Anonymisierung: Support von IPv6
• Alle Webseiten Dashboard kann nun 20‘000+ Webseiten arbeiten.
• Neue Option: Arbeiten mit Roh-IP-Informationen. Für bessere Geolokation und bei anonymisierter IP
• Neue Segementation von Goals.getItems API
• IE8+ support

Dazu wurden einige Module in den Markplace verschoben. z.B. der Sicherheits-Check.
